Capsule Reviews week of 1/17/11-The Big Bang Theory, Community, Cougar Town and more

This was a week that I didn't have a lot of time. For weeks like this I'm introducing a new thing called capsule reviews. These are reviews that can range from a sentence to a paragraph and they sum up my view of a show.
